Reception Hours

8:00 ～ 10:30 /	16:00	～ 20:00
Check In	16:00	～ 20:00

Check-in is from 16:00 but we have luggage room to store your luggage before check-in and after check out.

Please check in by 20:00 as much as possible although we accept check in until 22:00 with prior notice. We do not guarantee to keep your reservation in case of arriving later than 20:00 without prior notice.

Check in later than 22:00 is unacceptable(No curfew after check in).

Children
Please count as one person even a 0yrs baby. We charge 1600yen for a child even in case of bed sharing. Please take 2rooms for 4people family. We do not accept children under 10yrs in dorm room.

Group booking
We do not accept reservations from a party of 9 or more people.

Please refrain from making a reservation if your itinerary is tentative.

Please pay by cash when you check in, although we could accept credit card payment with an additional certain amount of handling fee.

We accept reservations from 3 months in advance.

Please have a look at the Notice tab to check the date of our winter closure and temporary closure.
